These Terms of Service govern your use of Unblur Image, an online service for image enhancement and related editing workflows.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
You retain rights to images and other content you submit. By submitting content, you give Unblur Image permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unblur Image is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
